Leo can learn to pee and poop over a potty or sink instead of the diaper.
We are not going diaper-free — the cloth diaper stays on as backup.
We just try to catch a few easy moments a day. A miss is fine. Never make it stressful.

When To Offer / เมื่อไรควรพาไป
- After a feed — 5 to 15 min after he finishes is the best moment. Try this one every time.

- During a feed — if he stops or unlatches on his own, quick offer, then back to feeding.

How To Hold / วิธีอุ้ม
- Back against your chest, your hands under his thighs, knees up toward his tummy (gentle squat).
ให้หลังพิงอกคุณ ใช้มือรองใต้ต้นขา ยกเข่าขึ้นทางท้อง (ท่านั่งยอง ๆ เบา ๆ)
- Hold him over the sink or the small potty.

- Soft “psss” sound for pee. Gentle “mmm” / grunt sound for poop.
ทำเสียง “ซี่ ๆ” เบา ๆ สำหรับฉี่ ทำเสียง “อึ่ม ๆ” เบา ๆ สำหรับอึ
- Wait 10 to 30 seconds. If nothing comes, stop and put the diaper on. No problem.

Same sounds every time. No big praise, no frustration on a miss — it’s just like a diaper change. If it ever feels stressful for you or Leo, skip it and use the diaper. A relaxed miss beats a stressful catch.

Every poop caught in the potty is one less to wash out of the cloth diaper. It also helps Leo learn earlier and makes potty training gentler later.
