Stretch the first sound: "ssssock". She names the sound, not the letter. Do it with objects all day, no table needed.

She knows the shape. Put the object next to the letter its sound starts with. You are bolting sound onto knowledge she already has, which is fast.
You need: Nothing
"Llliv starts with /l/. What does Leo start with?" Same sound, two people she loves. That is a memorable lesson.
Spreading her own toast or cutting a banana with a small real knife, supervised. A real tool she is trusted with beats a toy one she has learned not to respect.
Barefoot on different ground — sand, grass, tile, gravel. Sensorial work, and Ko Phangan does it for free.
